What To Bring

The following items may aid in organizing your loved one’s arrangements:

  • Clothing that you wish your loved one to wear: including outergarments (ie., Suit, Dress, Pantssuit, etc.) undergarments, jewelry, watch, any religious articles, glasses, cologne/perfume, lipstick, nail polish etc.
  • Important Documentation: Social Security Number, Birth Certificate, parents’ and survivor’s full names, cemetery deed and/or military discharge service records (DD-214)
  • Photos: One recent photo, one photo for the newspaper obituary and/or 30-90 photos for an optional memorial DVD tribute, along with 1-3 Music Selections.
  • If the funeral has been prearranged, please bring all of the supporting documentation, including copies of the Insurance Policy Forms.
