She is survived by her son, L. Scott (Tammy Jo) Koach of Harmony; her daughters, Cindi (Rich) Baer of Portersville and Tammie Nicklas of Harmony; five grandchildren, Jeffrey DeFonde, Lori (Jeremy McConnell) DeFonde, Joan Kuglics, Dillon Koach, and Tyler Koach; four great-granddaughters, Dakota Lynn, Morgan Laskowsky, Melody Nist and Kyla Koach; three great-great granddaughters, Riley, Lilly and Nora Lee; her sisters, Shelby Hall and Sonja (Mark) Boots, both of the Ellwood City area; her brothers, Wayne (Pat) Jacobs, Larry (Barb) Jacobs, David (Joyce) Jacobs, Keith (Docia) Jacobs, Jay (Terry) Jacobs, and Mark (Anita) Jacobs, all of the Ellwood City area; three sisters-in-law, Nancy Jacobs, Virginia Jacobs and Grace Hufnagel.
